Kelvedon Hatch Community Primary School is a one form entry school with one class of up to 30 children in each year group.

Applying for a place in Year R

Applications for children starting school in Year R must be made via Essex County Council.  The link to the applications website can be found below.

In-year admissions

If you are considering moving your child to Kelvedon Hatch Community Primary School part of the way through the academic year, you need to apply directly to the school, via the application form below.

The completed application form should be returned to the school office in one of the following ways:

2.  Hand deliver the application form to the school office in a sealed envelope.

3.  E-mail a scanned copy of your application form to office@kelvedonhatch.essex.sch.uk 

We will respond to your application in writing within 15 days.  If your application is successful, you will be contacted by the school to discuss admission arrangements for your child.

Please note that admission applications are only administered during term time.

Appeals
